Cancellation & Refund Policy

45 days or more, prior to departure | Booking fees |
Between 44 and 31 days of departure | 25% of Tour Cost |
Between 30 and 15 days of departure | 50% of Tour Cost |
Between 14 and 8 days of departure | 75% of Tour Cost |
Within 7days prior to date of departure, or no-show for any reason what-so-ever | 100% of Tour Cost |
Refunds (if applicable)
Once refund has been initiated by the Airline/Supplier, we will send you an email to notify you that refund has been initiated. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a week.
Balance will be credited in your account as per Bank policy
